Situated at the heart of Box Hill is 9 Prospect Street, Prospect a residential apartment building thoughtfully conceived by the architectural visionaries at Hayball. The development combines five-star amenities – including a porte cochere, pool, gym and concierge service. It encompasses 25 storeys housing 194 apartments, complemented by minor office and retail spaces, above a five-storey basement car park.
Our role
WSce took on the responsibility of hydraulic services workshop drawing design on behalf of the subcontractor, encompassing detailed documentation for various services systems. This included meticulous planning and design for hydraulic services such as sewer drainage within the building, stormwater drainage within the building, sanitary plumbing, domestic cold water service, domestic hot water service, rainwater reuse service, natural gas service, and structural penetration setouts specifically tailored for hydraulic services.
